MAS9 USA Corporation ("MAS9," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MAS9 website (https://mas9.com) and the MAS9 mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service, and describes the choices you have regarding that information.

Payment information (card details handled directly by our payment processors)
Any other data you voluntarily provide (e.g., profile photo, messages)

Browsers’ DNT signals are not honoured because no common standard exists.

We engage vetted processors (e.g., hosting, Google Analytics, remarketing vendors). They access data only to perform tasks for us and must keep it confidential.
Payments are handled by PCI‑DSS compliant processors (e.g., eBluu). MAS9 never stores full card numbers.
External sites are not controlled by MAS9; review their privacy policies separately.

By providing a phone number you consent to receive support or system SMS. Marketing SMS requires opt‑in and you can reply “STOP” anytime.

We may update this Policy and will post the new version here with a revised “effective date” and, when material, email notice.
Our AI chatbot processes your messages to answer questions, schedule trials, and improve support. Chat data is protected like other Personal Data and retained only as long as needed for quality‑assurance.
